The Deluge from Hurricane Joaquin!

We dodged Hurricane Joaquin just over a week ago, but that doesn't mean the storm left all of us unscathed. Our Disaster Recovery Division has been working in the Carolinas to repair roofs ripped apart by fallen trees, extract water from flooded buildings, repair the damage to those structures, etc.

Below are some pictures of the roof that was ripped apart by a fallen tree.

Most properties that we worked on were multi-unit dwellings. Our goal was to...

1. Take action immediately to avoid further damage like property destruction and health issues such as mold growth.

2. Work professionally so as to bring ease to the residents as they get back to their daily routines.

3. Work efficiently to reconstruct the damage, so everyone can get back to normal life.

Most importantly, we took measures to ensure that the new materials and structures built will prevent and reduce future water damage.

Prevention is our specialty. If you own a property, or know someone who does, call Venture DRD (Disaster Recovery Division) at 704-795-0333 or email us at info@venture-drd.com to get one of our specialists out to survey your property for potential risks and help you develop a Disaster Recovery Plan.
